Hi, my name is Kenza and I’m twenty years old. Hairdressing is truly my passion and I’ve been doing it with joy for three years now. It’s my absolute dream job! Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients happy with their new look. I get so much satisfaction from it and I hope the feeling is mutual. When I make my clients happy, they make me happy too.

House rules
Before booking, read the house rules and conditions carefully.
You should bring your own foundation in the right colour to the appointment.
You must come to the appointment with braided hair, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. (This does not apply to sew-in & quick weave)
We ask you to be present 5 minutes before the appointment, not earlier. You will be charged €20 for 10 minutes late. At 20 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and you will lose the deposit.
Your hair and the bundles (including new bundles) should be washed, blow-dried and combed. No oil, no grease, no leave-in conditioner or wax.
If your hair needs to be blow-dried it will cost you €10. I don't work with thick wefts, nor do I use AliExpress/bad quality bundles. I only use raw hair. You can always contact me on WhatsApp for more information.
Please drop off the wig 4/5 days in advance. If the wig is delivered late, there will be a last-minute surcharge of €25. The hair cannot be delivered 1 day in advance.
Would you like to deliver the hair 2 days in advance? Then a fee of €25 will be charged.
PLEASE mention the following details when delivering the hair: Name, date and time of the appointment. Type of hair and inch of hair. We do not work with synthetic hair and T-part lace.
The lace should be unused. We do not make wigs with lace that has already been cut and glued. The delivery address can be found in the confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a different address than the location of the salon. We are not responsible for hair delivered to the wrong address.
Re-install is done only on our own work, not on that of other salons. The hair should be clean and dry.The lace should also be clean and dry with no glue and gel residue. Otherwise, €10 will be charged.
To ensure the quality of the install, we only work with real HD lace.
We therefore do not work with transparent, thick white lace. Not sure if the lace is good? Then feel free to send an app to 06-38540611.
For last-minute appointments within 24h there is a surcharge of €25.The amount must be paid in cash.
Card payment is €10 extra. In case of cancellation, no money will be refunded, you will receive a voucher of the amount.
If the appointment is cancelled within 24h, the full amount will be charged. If the amount is not paid, you will be blacklisted. A 3-day guarantee applies. In case of no show, you will be blacklisted.

Have you ordered lace and bundles and want a wig made and installed? Then book the handmade wig option inc. Bleach plucking and installation.
Have you ordered a wig, but it is not yet customized and you want it installed? Then book the Premade wig option inc. Bleached plucking and installation.
The hair must be dry and the lace clean without glue and gel residue.

Make sure you order a lace that matches your skin tone. If this is not the case, please bring a foundation or concealer that does match. Otherwise €5,- will be charged.
Slots are released every 20th of the month
Shipping time of hair can take very long. Make sure you’ve received the hair before scheduling an appointment, to avoid losing your deposit.
We can be reached via whatsapp and respond Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 - 4:00 pm.
Unfortunately, bringing company is not allowed in the salon.
